Agriturismo il Cicaleto is not only a place to spend your holidays, but it is also a renowned local farm that we personally take care of as passionate owner-workers. In our farm we have been producing cereals, extra virgin olive oil, wine (grechetto and sagrantino) and jams for a long time now. All these products form the basis of the catering recipes that we offer to our guests. This is how, in addition to tasting and enjoying traditional Umbrian dishes, you can always rely on genuine ingredients and locally produced products: the best of all!
The oil we produce deserves special attention. It is in fact produced in the hills adjacent to the structure from our 1000 olive trees. Our cultivars are the moraiolo (already present at the age of our grandfather from whom we inherited the company) and the leccino (which spread in the 80s). Our cold-pressed oil accompanies all our dishes and all our preparations including sweets and biscuits. If you want you can also buy it in the company as a precious souvenir or otherwise we can send it directly to you. in your house.
We are lucky because every year our orchard offers us a large quantity of fruit that we use to produce our jams that guests always consider to be …. special! We will therefore offer you a selection of jams that varies according to the season in order to make the most of the production of our orchard and to always ensure the freshness of cherries, figs, plums, peaches, apricots, blackberries, melons and … more. These jams, so genuine, can be savored during breakfast, accompanied by the bread we produce even if we advise you to taste them in our homemade tarts.
You will find at your disposal the cozy restaurant where you will be served meals included in our half board service. A particular restaurant room since it is embellished by a large porch over which the old mulberry tree watches. At breakfast you will be offered the delicious jams produced on the farm as well as sweets and biscuits prepared with our farm products. In the fixed dinner menu you will find dishes of traditional Umbrian cuisine: appetizers, first and second courses often flavored with the typical onion of Cannara DOP, which in turn becomes the protagonist of many dishes.

Upon your awakening, a large table will be waiting for you, which we carefully prepare and vary every morning for your breakfast.
A breakfast that will not fail to offer our tasty jams that you can taste with wholemeal bread produced by us or with rusks. There will be pies made with our jams but also many sweets: chocolate, walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts. I certainly can’t miss our biscuits (different every morning) to be savored with a good coffee or fruit juice.
